Jeff is not only an advisor to those in family enterprise but is the Successor within his own family’s business. His experience working with his parents and siblings first hand, as well as his extensive training in the field of family business advising since 2005, has provided Jeff with an in-depth understanding of the inter-relational dynamics that surround families in business today. As a member of CAFA and a graduate of the SuccessCare Program, Jeff went on to further his studies when he attained his Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation through the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia in 2015. Now, coupled with his training as a Facilitator and Mediator, he is able to work with Family Enterprises in helping them achieve their own goals using their own solutions.
While Jeff is a real advocate for family business members constantly upgrading their wealth of knowledge and skills, he himself strives each year to further his education and remain current in the always changing environment in Family Enterprise. These values were imparted to Jeff through his time working with his Father and through the leadership he provided over the years. It is these values that he endeavors to nurture and cultivate from his own clientele while determining what really matters to the family and how they are driven daily by these forces.
